Custom software that fits how you actually work.
We design and build web systems, internal tools and mobile apps from scratch — dashboards, portals and customer-facing products that don't force your business into someone else's template.
- Web apps
- Mobile apps
- Internal systems
Built from your requirements, not a platform's limits.
Custom web applications
Portals, customer dashboards and admin systems built around your exact process — not a plugin's idea of how it should work.
Mobile apps
iOS and Android apps for your customers or your field team: booking, ordering, inspections, deliveries.
Internal tools
Replace the spreadsheet that quietly runs the business with something that can't be broken by one bad cell.
APIs & integrations
Wired into the systems you already run, with proper authentication, error handling and audit trails.
Design systems
A shared component library so the product stays coherent as it grows, instead of drifting screen by screen.
Ship & iterate
We keep building after launch — new screens, performance work and fixes as real usage shows what matters.
How a build runs
- 101 / 03
Scope the product
We work out what the first version must do, what can wait, and what the smallest genuinely useful release looks like.
- 202 / 03
Design & build in slices
We build in reviewable slices, so you see working software early rather than a big reveal at the end.
- 303 / 03
Ship & iterate
We release, watch how it's actually used, and keep improving the parts that turn out to matter most.
Things people ask before we start
If yours isn't here, ask it on the first call — we'd rather answer it early than have it sit in the background.
Still unsure whether your process is a good fit? That's the most useful thing to bring to a first call — it's usually obvious within a few minutes, one way or the other.
Start a conversationDo you work with businesses outside East Africa?
Yes. We're based in the region and most of our work is here, but everything we build runs in the cloud — the systems don't care where you are. The main things time zones affect are calls and on-site visits.
How long does a project take?
A focused automation or WhatsApp setup typically runs two to six weeks from kickoff to live. Larger systems and multi-step integrations take longer, and we'll give you a real timeline after the discovery call rather than a range designed to sound good.
Do I need to replace my current tools?
No. The whole point of integration work is to sit on top of what you already use. We only recommend replacing something when it's genuinely blocking you — and we'll say so plainly when it isn't.
What happens after launch?
Automations get better with real usage, so we stay on to monitor how they perform and tune the edges. Some clients keep a light monthly arrangement; others call us when they need something new.
What if automation isn't the right answer?
We'll tell you. Sometimes the honest answer is that a process needs a person, or that a simpler fix gets you most of the way. We'd rather say that on the first call than build something you don't need.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Code, flows and accounts are set up in your name and handed over with documentation, so you're never locked into us to keep things running.
Got a process your spreadsheet can't carry?
Tell us what it needs to do. We'll tell you what it takes to build it — and whether you need custom software at all.
