A second opinion before you build the wrong thing.
Before you commit to a platform, a rebuild or a new hire, talk to someone who has built it before. We review your systems and help you choose the right technical path forward.

FIG.04Advice grounded in what we've actually built, not a generic framework.
Architecture review
A clear-eyed look at how your systems fit together — what's solid, what's fragile, what's missing.
Tool & platform selection
Help choosing between platforms, vendors or build-vs-buy, based on your actual constraints.
Technical roadmap
A prioritized plan for what to fix, build or replace — and in what order.
Security & reliability check
A practical review of where things could break, and how to make them sturdier.
Team & hiring guidance
Advice on what skills to hire for, or whether you need to hire at all.
Ongoing advisory
Regular check-ins as your systems and team grow, not just a one-off report.

Things people ask before we start
If yours isn't here, ask it on the first call — we'd rather answer it early than have it sit in the background.
Still unsure whether your process is a good fit? That's the most useful thing to bring to a first call — it's usually obvious within a few minutes, one way or the other.
Start a conversationDo you work with businesses outside East Africa?
Yes. We're based in the region and most of our work is here, but everything we build runs in the cloud — the systems don't care where you are. The main things time zones affect are calls and on-site visits.
How long does a project take?
A focused automation or WhatsApp setup typically runs two to six weeks from kickoff to live. Larger systems and multi-step integrations take longer, and we'll give you a real timeline after the discovery call rather than a range designed to sound good.
Do I need to replace my current tools?
No. The whole point of integration work is to sit on top of what you already use. We only recommend replacing something when it's genuinely blocking you — and we'll say so plainly when it isn't.
What happens after launch?
Automations get better with real usage, so we stay on to monitor how they perform and tune the edges. Some clients keep a light monthly arrangement; others call us when they need something new.
What if automation isn't the right answer?
We'll tell you. Sometimes the honest answer is that a process needs a person, or that a simpler fix gets you most of the way. We'd rather say that on the first call than build something you don't need.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Code, flows and accounts are set up in your name and handed over with documentation, so you're never locked into us to keep things running.
Weighing a big technical decision?
Bring us the question you're stuck on. We'll tell you honestly whether you need help at all.
