Automation that does the work, not just the talking.
We build AI agents and automation flows that plug into the tools you already use — handling requests, updates and decisions without a person in the loop for every step.

Every build starts from how your business actually runs — not a template.
Custom AI agents
Agents trained on your business context to answer, qualify or triage — over chat, email or a dashboard.
Automation flows
Multi-step flows that trigger on events: a new order, a form submission, a status change.
Tool & app integrations
Connect the tools you already run — CRMs, spreadsheets, payment platforms, internal systems.
Custom AI apps
Purpose-built internal tools for when an off-the-shelf app doesn't fit how you work.
Data pipelines
Move and clean data between systems automatically, on a schedule or in real time.
Human handoff
Every automation knows when to bring in a person, and hands off cleanly when it should.

Map the workflow
We trace how the work really happens today — every tool, handoff and exception — and agree what the automation should own.
- 202 / 03
Build & test the agent
We build against your real data and test the awkward cases first: partial answers, missing records, ambiguous requests.

Ship & monitor
We launch, watch how it performs in production, and tune the edges where humans still need to step in.
Things people ask before we start
If yours isn't here, ask it on the first call — we'd rather answer it early than have it sit in the background.
Still unsure whether your process is a good fit? That's the most useful thing to bring to a first call — it's usually obvious within a few minutes, one way or the other.
Start a conversationDo you work with businesses outside East Africa?
Yes. We're based in the region and most of our work is here, but everything we build runs in the cloud — the systems don't care where you are. The main things time zones affect are calls and on-site visits.
How long does a project take?
A focused automation or WhatsApp setup typically runs two to six weeks from kickoff to live. Larger systems and multi-step integrations take longer, and we'll give you a real timeline after the discovery call rather than a range designed to sound good.
Do I need to replace my current tools?
No. The whole point of integration work is to sit on top of what you already use. We only recommend replacing something when it's genuinely blocking you — and we'll say so plainly when it isn't.
What happens after launch?
Automations get better with real usage, so we stay on to monitor how they perform and tune the edges. Some clients keep a light monthly arrangement; others call us when they need something new.
What if automation isn't the right answer?
We'll tell you. Sometimes the honest answer is that a process needs a person, or that a simpler fix gets you most of the way. We'd rather say that on the first call than build something you don't need.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Code, flows and accounts are set up in your name and handed over with documentation, so you're never locked into us to keep things running.
Have a process that eats your team's time?
Tell us what it is. Fifteen minutes is usually enough to know whether it can be automated.
